Why work with Oneiric?

I believe that investing in property is an excellent path to creating generational wealth. I’m passionate about helping others to build their property portfolio, to better their financial situation, whether that be for their retirement, maybe investing for their children’s future or simply to create some passive income.

I have a brilliant advisor by my side, my father, Darren, who has 30+ years of experience in property investment. He started out as a plasterer and then branched out into having his own building firm, but for the last 20 years is also a JIB Approved Industrial Electrician (Test and Inspector), Gas Safe registered engineer, plasterer and builder.

Why are we so passionate about property investment?

Oneiric, meaning ‘dream like’, was founded through years of dreaming about one day investing in my own investment properties and also helping others to do the same.

I grew up spending my weekends with my father, helping him to refurbish his investment properties. My favourite projects were the back-to-brick renovations, where I would spend my weekends whacking plaster off of the walls with a hammer, helping (trying…) to dig out floors and knock down walls, shovelling (spilling…) sand and cement, generally cleaning up mess (pictures below, circa 2002) and doing LOTS of painting! The transformations of properties undergoing full refurbishment were inspiring to me as a child, to see the ugly ducking have such a ‘glow-up’ and knowing that I’d helped my father to do that, made me really proud.

I am incredibly grateful to have been set such a great example, to be taught about property investment and the financial benefits that it brings. I’d love to share that knowledge and passion with you to help you on your property investing journey.
