What does this include?

Our primary service is sourcing bespoke property deals for our investment clients. We will scour the market to find properties that fit your criteria, with great return on investment. Our fees are dependent upon the Gross Development Value (GDV) of the property, so please contact us to discuss further.

Project Managed Property Investment

What does this include?

As well as sourcing you a property that fits your criteria, we can go one step further and manage the project to completion, providing a complete, hands-off investment experience. We do all of the work for you, and you get your investment returns upon project completion.

We charge an additional project management fee for this service that is bespoke to each property and dependent upon scale and time of works to be undertaken. Please contact us to discuss further.
